Currently, I am pursuing a PhD at the University of Adelaide, where my research focuses on complex project management and governance frameworks. I aim to highlight the limitations of traditional project management approaches in handling the complexities of modern projects and develop an adaptable and responsive governance model that meets the unique challenges and needs of complex projects. By utilising systems thinking, complex systems governance and management cybernetics, my research contributes to the growing field of adaptive governance for complex projects, leveraging systems thinking to develop innovative, practical solutions.
